Service Description

Barre is a combination of exercise styles focusing on toning every muscle with an emphasis on core strength. It combines ballet inspired movements along with elements of pilates and yoga to give you a strong, toned body. Together with high impact, low intensity movements to get the heart rate elevated for a cardio workout and deep stretching in the cool down it truly is a full body experience.
