Do you have a goal? Just ask yourself quickly. In particular, do you have any fitness or nutrition goals keeping you motivated?
Goal setting is a powerful tool for achieving your desired vision. They help to keep you on track and motivated for what you want as well as bring joy and happiness through accomplishment. Your goals can be small or more significant. As we approach the summer months, I encourage you to visualize a goal, write it down so it's tangible and layout a plan.
Goals can include a general desire to feel stronger, gain more flexibility, lose weight, eat more fruits and vegetables, drink more water daily or something more specific like doing 10 pushups, hold a 5 minute plank, run a half-marathon or hike Mt. Washington.

I'm right there with you!! My personal goal going forward is to get at least 7 hours of sleep every night. To help me stay on track, I will use an alarm of my phone that alerts me to my desired bedtime.
What's yours???
